Bells is located at the crossroads of US 69 and State Highway 56 just south of US 82 in Grayson County, Texas, United States, Zip Code 75414.

The population was 1,392 at the 2010 census. Bells is part of the Sherman-Denison Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The Bells City Council Meets regularly at City Hall at 203 S Broadway Street on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM.

Job Opening - Water/Sewer Department - Maintenance

The City of Bells is accepting applications for full-time employment.   The purpose of this position is to perform duties associated with the operations of the Water/Wastewater Dept. of Public Works, such as, water/sewer repairs and maintenance.  This position will also provide additional support for street repairs, maintenance, as well as various other duties.

Required: TX Class C driver's license, and/or Class A or B CDL license.  Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.  Prefer experience with backhoe and other small equipment; experience in water/sewer repairs.   Must have in possession or able to obtain the minimum Class D Water and/or Wastewater license issued by TCEQ within one year of hire date.
